Rose Funk has owned the Prescott Cafe for 15 years and she worked there before she owned the place. Her routine starts before 7am. The place is neat and clean and bright thanks to the effort Rose puts in when no one is watching. Everything has it’s place. Benjamin Brink/The Oregonian
