SALEM, OREGON - February 8, 2013 - Jacob Kalmbach, 23, of Portland, said he would obey the law while participating in the gun rally at the State Capitol Friday. When he heard it was legal to enter the Capitol with his guns, he went through the security check and visited the House chamber and other main floor sights with other protesters.
